Job description
The DataStage - TECHNICAL LEAD L1 will oversee and support process delivery, resolve technical escalations, and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists. They will review daily transactions, resolve client queries, and ensure standard processes and procedures are followed. They will also handle technical escalations, provide product support, and organize ideas to effectively communicate oral messages.
