LEAD ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, strong scripting and integration skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

What You Will Do

Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules. Develop and maintain catalog items, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.

8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules and configurations. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and server/client scripting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules and configurations
• Deep expertise in ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request) configuration and customization
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AngularJS (for Service Portal), and server/client scripting
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow Studio
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management practices
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and security best practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) preferred
