TECHNICAL LEAD L1

The role of Technical Lead L1 is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists. The role involves reviewing daily transactions on performance parameters, resolving client queries, and developing understanding of process/product for team members.
