Job description
The Technical Lead L1 role supports process delivery by ensuring daily performance of Production Specialists, resolves technical escalations, and develops technical capability within the team. The role involves overseeing process delivery, reviewing performance dashboards, and resolving client queries. The Technical Lead L1 also develops understanding of process/product for team members and documents and analyzes call logs to spot trends and prevent future problems.
