The Technical Lead L1 role supports process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the team.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience
• DataBricks - Data Engineering experience
• Ability to oversee and support process
• Technical leadership skills
• Ability to resolve client queries as per SLA
• Ability to develop understanding of process/product for team members
• Ability to identify red flags and escalate serious client issues
• Ability to handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Ability to provide product support and resolution to clients
• Ability to build people capability to ensure operational excellence
• Ability to mentor and guide Production Specialists
