TECHNICAL LEAD L1

Technical Lead L1 is required to oversee and support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists. The role involves reviewing daily transactions on performance parameters, resolving client queries, developing understanding of process/product for team members, and ensuring standard processes and procedures are followed.
