The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution. The role involves techno-functional expertise, customization, extension, modification, localization, or integration of existing products, and providing product support and maintenance to clients.

• Bridging the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise
• Providing techno-functional solution support for all new business implementations
• Supporting solutioning teams from architectural design to implementation
• Understanding functional and technical design and architecture
