BUBBL'R Shipping Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator to pack, schedule, and deliver shipments in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, self-motivated, and enjoys hands-on work with some light computer work.

What You Will Do

Manage inventory levels, execute prompt fulfillment of influencer & retailer packages, and work with the marketing team on new product launches and influencer campaigns.

Requirements

• Excellent understanding and use of Windows 10 and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to lift 60 pounds
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to reach and maintain package per hour requirement
