Production Operator

Role Overview

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, performing accurate product changeovers, and completing essential documentation--all while supporting the smooth operation of our packaging lines.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include: Following all safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures. Understanding and properly operating safety switches, interlocks, and safety devices. Maintaining a clean and organized work area to meet safety and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Capability to follow written and verbal instructions
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Self-motivation, dependability, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
• Forklift driving skills and the ability to pass the Forklift Operators License test
• Physical ability to walk or stand for long periods, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 75 pounds
• Willingness to work in temperatures ranging from 60--90°F or more
• Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods
