Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Role Overview

As a Production Supervisor, you'll lead production teams, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive operational efficiency. This is a 2nd shift position, but you must be available for other shifts if needed.

Supervise production personnel, monitor processes, organize work schedules, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with other departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting
• Strong communication, team-building, and motivational skills
• Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and solve problems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Understanding of food safety regulations and manufacturing processes
