Job description
The Accounts Payable Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting reporting, analytics, and process governance across multiple Accounts Payable functions. This role focuses on developing and maintaining dashboards, analyzing spending data, supporting payment programs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives through documentation, audits, and reporting insights.
Develop, maintain, and enhance Accounts Payable reporting and dashboards, analyze payment and spending activity, support transaction matching, reconciliations, and finance-related projects, and serve as a subject matter expert for Accounts Payable systems and tools.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail and accuracy, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ERP systems, developing dashboards and reports, and implementing process improvements.
