Job description
We're seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join a fast-moving engineering team supporting global derivatives and commodities trading environments. In this role, you’ll work directly with traders, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure the high availability, performance, and regulatory compliance of real-time trading systems.
Maintain and optimise high-performance, real-time trading systems used across global futures exchanges, implement and continuously enhance monitoring, reliability, and observability across front office platforms, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in deployment, release management, and platform stability.
This role offers the chance to be embedded at the heart of trading operations—providing production engineering expertise while contributing to the strategic modernisation of platform capabilities across algorithmic trading systems. You will have the opportunity to work directly with front-office trading teams and high-frequency platforms, access to cutting-edge tooling and a forward-thinking DevOps culture, and be part of a global team shaping the future of trading infrastructure.
