Job Description
WITHIN is seeking a Paid Media Manager to join their innovative team, focusing on client relationship management and the effective execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The role involves team management, campaign optimization, and analysis to drive growth and efficiency. The position requires strong communication, people management, and strategic thinking skills.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in platform running campaigns
- 2 years of experience on Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads
- Agency experience highly preferred
- Solid background in digital marketing in multiple channels
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Exceptional client relationship management, communication, and people management skills
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
