We are looking for a Stage R&D Chimie to develop biocapteurs on paper for the U-Scan project. The successful candidate will participate in the development of a new colorimetric reaction on solid support to be integrated into the next cartouches of the product. The role involves transforming a chemical reaction into a reliable and industrializable sensor.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
- 2nd year of engineering school or equivalent Master 1/2
- Specialization in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Materials Science, or Process Engineering
- Knowledge of solution chemistry (pH, buffers, solubility) and biochemistry (enzymatic reactions) or surface chemistry (liquid/paper interactions)
- Experience with preparation of precise reactants and manipulation of biological samples (synthetic or real urine)
- Ability to treat and interpret experimental results (mean, standard deviation, linear regressions)
- Familiarity with colorimetry or image processing concepts
- Methodical approach and attention to detail
- Curiosity and ability to learn, solve complex technical problems, and communicate results effectively
