5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid growth roles, hands on experience managing paid channels, strong analytical skills and comfort working with data

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, experience with LLM-powered systems, and ability to turn complex technical concepts into simple product decisions

4-7 years of experience in creative strategy, proven experience in paid acquisition channels, strong understanding of performance drivers
