Operations Manager – Accelerated Leadership Development Program

The Operations Manager – Accelerated Leadership Development Program is a 5-month leadership development program designed to prepare individuals for a front-line Operations Manager role. The program involves hands-on field experience and training in operational efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. Upon completion, trainees transition into an Operations Manager position with responsibilities including coaching, mentoring, and managing frontline employees. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of a degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and two (2) years of relevant work experience
• 2 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirements)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
• Valid Driver's License
