Role Overview

The Manager, IMG Models plays a vital role in identifying and securing commercial opportunities for Men’s Models and fashion-forward Digital talent, leveraging international experience across traditional fashion and creator-led platforms.

What You Will Do

Identify and coordinate commercial opportunities for Men’s Models and Digital talent with strong fashion credibility, drawing upon international expertise. Cultivate and establish relationships with luxury and contemporary brands, editors, casting directors, and digital-forward partners.

You have 5+ years of experience in major fashion markets, with international exposure preferred. Proven experience representing or marketing Men’s fashion talent and/or fashion-led digital creators.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in major fashion markets, with international exposure preferred
• Proven experience representing or marketing Men’s fashion talent and/or fashion-led digital creators
• Strong understanding of how social platforms amplify fashion storytelling and talent brand-building
• Demonstrated ability to build high-level industry relationships and culturally relevant partnerships
• Track record of identifying and securing commercially viable opportunities for talent across fashion and digital spaces
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Models, IMG Fashion, and the wider Company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous
