Residential plumbing experience required. Must have a Colorado RP license or be able to obtain within 90 days, a clean record, and pass background and drug tests. Adaptability to changing needs is also needed
Electrical Installation Technician
Requires Residential Electrical experience & Colorado RW license (or ability to obtain). Must have a valid driver's license and pass background/drug checks. Ability to lift 50 lbs is also required
HVAC Service Technician
2+ years experience as a HVAC Tech. Ability to obtain EPA/Mech 4. Clean driving record & background check required
Plumbing Maintenance Technician
1+ years residential plumbing experience. Basic driver's license and clean record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Plumbing Department Manager
Customer service experience, KPI proficiency, and drug/background check pass. Driver's license and adaptability are also needed
HVAC Install Technician
1+ year HVAC experience, ability to pass background & drug test & EPA/Mech 4 authorization. Valid driver's license & background check are required
Drain Maintenance Technician
Experience with residential drains; customer service skills; valid driver’s license; and a clean driving record
Electrical Preventative Maintenance Technician
6+ months of Residential Electrical experience is required. Must be licensed and have a valid driver’s license. Background and drug test are also necessary
Electrical Service Technician
Electrical experience and a Colorado RW license (within 90 days). Must have a valid driver's license and pass background/drug test. Able to lift up to 50lbs
HVAC IAQ Technician
HVAC indoor air quality experience needed. Customer service and basic skills. Must have a valid license and clean driving record
