Requirements
- Experience in a technical leadership role and leadership of internal teams and external partners
- Experience in on-site field installations, service operations, customer service, or technical operations
- Good technical understanding, ideally in building technology and measurement, control, and regulation technology (MSR)
- Understanding of incident management, ticketing, and technical service processes
