International Order Coordinator for an international electronics conglomerate's headquarters in Neu-Isenburg, Germany. The role involves customer service, order processing, and inventory management.
Process customer orders, manage consignment warehouse, conduct quality control, and monitor open orders. Collaborate with customers, traders, and internal functions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidate has commercial vocational training, customer service/sales support experience, and strong language skills in Italian, English, and German. Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com is an advantage.
