Woliba is hiring an Account Executive, Partnerships & Growth to help scale revenue by building new distribution channels, closing net-new business, and expanding Woliba’s footprint across startups and growth-stage companies.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven experience running discovery calls and product demos
- Track record of closing SMB or Mid-Market deals
- Experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Comfortable selling to founders and senior operators
- Experience working in or selling to North American markets
- Fluent in English (Spanish required; Portuguese a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with partnerships, channels, or reseller models
- Background in HR tech, benefits, fintech, EOR, or People Ops platforms
- Startup or early-stage company experience
- Experience selling value-based, multi-stakeholder solutions
- Familiarity with remote-first, distributed teams
