Job Description
Wood is seeking a Construction Manager for projects exceeding 12 months in the USA. The role involves overseeing construction and contractor work, managing costs and schedules, leading teams, and ensuring quality and safety. This is a full-time, hybrid position.
Requirements
- Responsible for construction and contractor related deliverables
- Supervises all areas on small projects and / or a subset / discipline on larger projects
- Manages and controls project cost and schedule of assigned disciplines
- Coordinates field personnel work schedules
- Ensure safety, quality and environmental responsibilities
- Initiate safety, quality and environmental processes
- Manage relationships with external suppliers
- Lead negotiations with suppliers and sub-contractors
