The Heebner Career Development Center at Worcester Polytechnic Institute is seeking a collaborative Assistant Director of Alumni Career Development to strengthen alumni engagement in student career development and employer partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing programs, events, or volunteer-based initiatives
• Experience working with employers or hiring managers on talent pipelines or early-career recruiting
• Experience supporting alumni career development or lifelong learning initiatives
