Job Description
We are seeking an HR Generalist to lead core HR processes, support Area recruiting, and serve as a resource for employees/managers.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
- HR certification preferred (aPHR or PHR)
- 1-3 years experience in a Human Resources-related role
- Strong foundational knowledge of HR processes and payroll
- Intermediate to advanced ability in PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of HRIS, SharePoint, ATS systems
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and follow up skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
