MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or automation preferred)
• 10 years of work experience as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience leading maintenance team in repairs and downtime reduction
• Previous supervisory experience in a Union environment
• Experience managing a large Maintenance department with Supervisors, Engineers, and 30+ maintenance technicians
• Ability to lead by example, coach, train, and develop individual contributors
• Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to translate technical data and reports into proposals and action plans
• Active listening skills with the ability to discern key points from technical materials
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on task prioritization and allocation of resources
• Above average communication skills - written and verbal
• Excellent MS Office proficiency combined with solid analytical skills and SAP experience
