Job Description
Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and improve mechanical systems with the intent of improving uptime and efficiency. Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance functions. Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot/Diagnose 3-phase, up to 480V causes of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operation equipment, utilizing standard electronic test equipment while referencing technical drawings and documents
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications; establishing personal networks
- Document time through work orders and creates notification within SAP CMMS system
- Use Quick Kaizens to help with completing root cause analysis
- Create and update documentation of all types: schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, assembly diagrams, maintenance logs, standard operating procedures, and instruction manuals, to keep documentation accurate, available and ready for use as needed
