Cook II

Prepare and cook menu items, handle multiple stations, and assist in batch cooking. Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and organization in work areas. Serve designated foods to order and perform inventory duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–3+ years of professional kitchen experience
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Knife skills and ability to use standard kitchen equipment
• Strong communication, organization, and time‐management skills
