Job description
The Development Manager will oversee the planning, advancement, and execution of affordable housing development projects, leading a development team and ensuring projects are closed on time and within budget.
Manage specific project components, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.
This role requires a great deal of autonomy and accountability, along with strong experience in critical thinking and problem solving, negotiating, networking, and teamwork.
