Job Description
The Head of Financial Controlling role involves preparing forecasts, reports, and presentations for the executive and supervisory boards, creating key performance indicators, and contributing to consolidated financial statements. Responsibilities include mid-term planning, cash flow statement preparation, and developing financial reporting systems. The position requires a degree in business administration or a comparable commercial education and several years of experience in financial controlling, ideally with leadership experience and international exposure.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration with a major in Finance/Controlling or a comparable commercial education with further training as a certified accountant.
- Several years of professional experience in financial controlling, preferably in an internationally active company.
- Leadership experience.
- Structured way of working with a high degree of self-responsibility.
- Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good English skills in word and writing.
