Health and Safety Manager

The Health & Safety Manager role provides support to internal teams and Property Managers to develop safe systems of work, deliver training, reduce risks, and maintain a safe environment. The role requires providing H&S advice, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with the wider Health and Safety team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a H&S role within the Real Estate and Property industry
• H&S diploma and charted member of IOSH (CMIOSH)
• Extensive knowledge in Fire Safety within the built environment
• Relevant H&S/Fire qualifications and associated industry memberships
• Full clean driving licence
• Prior knowledge of using web-enabled risk management systems
