Senior Building Surveyor/Associate

We are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor/Associate to join our experienced Building Consultancy team. The role will involve working with institutional fund management clients, landlords, consultants, and tenants, and requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work.

Requirements

• Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) charter
• Commercial property experience in a similar consultancy
• Ability to work within set timelines and provide regular client updates
• Understanding of client briefs and delivering on expectations
