Project Manager

Our client is seeking to hire a Project Manager Construction to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of structural steel and metal fabrication/installation projects. The role involves overseeing multiple project schedules, budgets, and quality standards while coordinating with engineers, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and field teams.

Requirements

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate pre-construction activities including shop drawing reviews, submittals, and RFIs.
• Ensure all phases of steel fabrication and installation meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Review and negotiate project contracts, supplier agreements, and subcontractor scopes.
• Monitor and control project costs, prepare progress reports, and manage change orders.
• Lead, mentor, and support site superintendents, foremen, and field crews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, General Contractors, engineers, estimators, and other stakeholders.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across job sites.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure projects comply with building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee punch lists, final inspections, and warranty documentation.
• Deliver accurate close-out packages and ensure client satisfaction.
