Job Description
Workstream is seeking a talented Engineering Manager to join Workstream Shanghai. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in building our all-in-one HR platform for hourly workers, and seamless integration with third-party systems for time and attendance, accounting, and pre-tax benefits such as retirement, PTO and medical deductions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an Engineering manager
- 10+ years of professional work experience in software development
- Strong coding, design, and architectural skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team first mindset
- Can project manage and work efficiently across departments and LOBs
