Network Engineer

World Insurance Associates is a unique insurance organization offering top products and services from major providers, combined with attentive service from local agents. We are looking for a Network Engineer to help us monitor, implement and maintain our network infrastructure.

Requirements

• Install, monitor and configure network and internet systems.
• Implement configuration changes on network components: routers, switches, access points.
• Install new software/firmware, perform system upgrades, and conduct general maintenance.
• Drive Continual Service Improvement through the evaluation of system errors and inefficiencies.
• Assist with documenting infrastructure environments, processes, procedures, test plans, and project plans.
• Provide operational support for internal customers on varying support issues.
• Help ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Unbox, configure, rack and stack network equipment.
• Manage and maintain Zoom phone and Zoom Contact Center
