Job Description
World Insurance Associates is seeking a Sales Executive – Employee Benefits to identify, prospect, and close new employee benefits clients. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an insurance brokerage or carrier and excellent communication and sales skills.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working in an insurance brokerage or carrier
- Excellent listening skills and a strong customer focus
- Consultative approach to dealing with prospective clients and associates
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Sales software platforms such as BenefitPoint and sales CRM's like HubSpot
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
