Program Manager

Role Overview

As a Program Manager, you will oversee sub-projects and Project Managers, ensuring they follow PMO best practices and standards. You will be responsible for communicating status and escalations to clients, regional leadership, and account teams. This position requires meeting client business goals and the overall success of the program.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include cost management, scope and schedule management, communication management, risk management, stakeholder management, and leadership. You will need to effectively plan and manage program-level budgets, track project metrics, and forecast future trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a related field
• A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI) is preferred
