Senior Quality Engineer

Role Overview

The Sr. Quality Engineer collaborates with internal teams to drive process standardization, waste elimination, cost reduction, risk reduction, and continual performance improvement. The ideal candidate has an advanced understanding of an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and can effectively apply and teach Quality principles in a challenging work environment.

What You Will Do

Establish working relationships with stakeholders, support pre-launch phases, develop and manage PFMEA and Control Plans, collect and analyze data, support audits, and initiate CAPA meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree within Engineering
• A minimum of 4 years' progressive experience in a related field
• Experience supporting a QMS in accordance with the latest ISO 9001 standard
• Experience in process design using in-process controls and effective sampling plans
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to use Advance Quality tools for evidence-based decisions making
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
