Warehouse Associate role involves receiving, moving, picking, and shipping products, operating PITs, ensuring proper tracking, and maintaining warehouse safety. Ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, proficient in handheld scanning, PIT operation, follows processes, and is a strong team player.
Assess bottlenecks in work processes, identify areas for efficiency and process improvement, apply new ideas to enhance outputs, and track progress related to implementing process improvements.

They should be able to work in a dynamic environment and demonstrate attention during discussions, awareness of non-verbal behavior/cues, and restatement and reflection of information to check for understanding.
