Warehouse Supervisor

Role Overview

Lead a team of warehouse resources, overseeing receiving, moving, picking, and shipping product throughout the warehouse and integration operations. Responsible for driving performance and business acumen, training new employees, and performing employee performance appraisals.

What You Will Do

Develop a daily logistics plan, ensure KPI targets are met, enforce safety and operational policies, control warehouse inventory accuracy, and maintain compliance with safety and quality requirements.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Strong MS office skills
• Forklift and/or Reach truck certification
