WorldStrides is seeking a Director, Marketing Operations to build and lead the infrastructure, data & analytics powering our modern marketing engine. The Director will ensure our systems, data, and processes enable scalable lead generation, lifecycle marketing, and measurable revenue impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Marketing Operations, Martech, or Revenue Operations
- Deep expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Experience building marketing infrastructure for complex B2B or multi-brand organizations
- Strong understanding of lead management, attribution modeling, and pipeline reporting
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with marketing, sales, and engineering teams
