The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the course of engineering deliverables, drawings, and modeling, and will work autonomously to plan and organize tasks in assigned, personal, and team project tasks.
Requirements
- Define the course of engineering deliverables, drawings, and modeling
- Work autonomously to plan and organize tasks in assigned, personal, and team project tasks
- Perform technical interaction and orientation with the supervisor (Discipline Manager)
- Manage and carry out assignments related to engineering projects with specific objectives and priorities
- Work in teams of up to 10 people who report directly to them
- Maintain constant and effective communication with the work team
- Work competently and efficiently in specialized design tools, analysis, and modeling
- Build appropriate, constructive, and effective relationships throughout the organization
- Achieve the results established by themselves and others, complying with the established deadlines
- Divide and prioritize work into executable tasks
- Be responsible for the work produced and ensure it is ‘correct from the first time’
- Adapt to learning and implementation of new, more complex concepts
