Quality Technician

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to speak up when something does not look correct
• Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, inspection plans, and customer requirements
• Basic math skills, including measurements, tolerances, counts, and percentages
• Ability to use or learn common inspection tools
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office/Excel and ability to learn ERP, inventory, quality, and reporting systems
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with production and warehouse teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to document issues accurately and completely
