Wrike is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption, increase customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth in a high-volume account base. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and experience in digital engagement campaigns.

• 2+ Years of Experience in Scale Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role
