Software quality engineer (US)

WRITER is a company that develops AI-powered work orchestration platform. As a Software Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of the platform by defining and implementing comprehensive quality assurance strategies and test plans. The role is a hybrid one based out of London, San Francisco, Seattle, and New York City hubs. You will report directly to the director of engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance or engineering
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Typescript for test automation
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model evaluation metrics, data pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Exceptional analytical skills to dissect complex problems and a keen eye for detail
• Collaborative spirit to Connect cross-functional teams to common quality goals, Challenge existing assumptions to build better systems, and Own the end-to-end quality of our products
