As a Construction Project Leader, you will lead project teams on multidisciplinary projects, overseeing technical, commercial, and legal aspects. You will work with colleagues to steer project development and build for the future.

You will act as a project leader, guide and support project teams, and take the lead in continuous improvement and innovation. You will be responsible for projects where quality, planning, and budget are key.

Requirements

• Completed relevant HBO-level education
• Work experience as a project leader in multidisciplinary construction projects
• Good communication skills
• Ability to switch between stakeholders at all levels within a multicultural environment
• Strong proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mentality
