Requirements

• Typing and formatting a wide range of documents, reports, letters, and other written materials.
• Ensuring documents present in line with company style guide.
• Checking spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors in typed documents.
• Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Working closely with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Filing and maintaining electronic records of documents, reviews, and signature approvals.
• Assisting with proofreading and editing of written materials as needed.
