As a Geotechnical Field Services Technician at WSP, you will perform field testing, collect geotechnical data, and assist senior technicians and engineers with site investigations. This junior-level role is ideal for someone eager to grow their technical skills and contribute to meaningful engineering work.
Requirements
- Experience through co-op, internship, or early career work in construction materials testing, field inspection, or geotechnical environments
- A college technical diploma or university degree in civil, construction, geotechnical, environmental, or related disciplines (asset)
- Curiosity and willingness to learn geotechnical testing methods and industry standards
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and traveling to field sites
- Meets safety requirements and demonstrates proactive hazard awareness
- A valid driver’s licence
- A hands‐on problem solver who takes initiative in fast‐paced environments
