Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (master's in structure, an asset)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design, ideally in an industrial context
- Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec
- Experience in engineering consulting and industrial projects (assets)
- Master's of CAD software and Canadian standards
- Technical leadership and ability to mentor developing talent
