Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (master's in structure, an asset)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design, ideally in an industrial context
• Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec
• Experience in engineering consulting and industrial projects (assets)
• Master's of CAD software and Canadian standards
• Technical leadership and ability to mentor developing talent
