• Familiarity with municipal approval processes and working relationships with BC local governments, developers, and contractors
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or infrastructure modelling software
• MMCD Contract Administration accreditation (an asset)
• Collaborative approach with ability to work independently and as part of a team
