Job description
Join our Global Capability Center (GCC) to support global HCM Operations for a multi-region organization. As a HR Analyst, you will work closely with global HR teams to maintain system integrity, support employee data processes, and provide day-to-day system support within Oracle HCM.
Maintain workforce structures in Oracle HCM, provide first-level support to HR users, troubleshoot system issues, and perform data reconciliations and validation checks.
This role is designed for individuals who want to build expertise in HR systems, global operations, and data management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
